Is everything online?
Yes. All courses and exams are 100% online. There's nothing to travel to and no classroom schedule. Learn on your phone, tablet or computer, whenever it suits you.
Is a background check required?
Yes, for every certification. It is run only with your consent, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Is NACP accredited?
NACP is a private educational institution and is not accredited by any governing body. All certifications are professional designations based on generally accepted industry practices and published industry standards. These certifications are not a state license.
Where do I start?
Most people start with the CRC. The CCM requires a current CRC and CCC.
